Families need shelter after disaster strikes
Families need shelter after disaster strikes

Every single day, families just like Farrah's need shelter after disasters strike.

Farrah Nassir and her granddaughter lived under Islamic State control for two years. The streets they had known so well became a battlefield, with violence, gunshots and rubble around every corner.

They now live in a refuge centre in Salimayah where ShelterBox has provided the essentials that Farrah and her granddaughter need to survive. Tarpaulin to make their new shelter waterproof. Thermal blankets to keep them warm at night. A gas stove to cook nourishing food every day.

But Farrah isn't the only one. Every day, landslides, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods and conflict tear homes and families apart. This is why we never stop. This is why ShelterBox teams work to deliver shelter 365 days of the year.

Our ShelterBox aid is packed in our warehouse to contain everything a family urgently needs to survive in the wake of disaster.

We have shelter all packaged up. You can help it reach families like Farrah's by donating today.
